We may disclose personal data on a need-to-know basis to customers and vendors involved in a service; payment gateways, banks and financing providers; hosting, analytics, support, communications, verification, fraud-prevention, advertising and professional service providers; our personnel and authorised representatives; regulators and authorities; and a buyer, investor or successor in a business transaction.

10. Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account and booking administration, legal and accounting obligations, disputes, fraud prevention and enforcement. When no longer required, data is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised, subject to lawful archival and backup cycles.
